A Virtual Deed is what you make it

Each deed is a Web page that can be used as a tribute to you favourite Team or Sports person

It can also be used to sell advertising on the deed that you own.

Each Deed allows you to add your own details and details about the deed.

Watch out for new features comming  in the near future allowing you to add more content to your Deed Page

There are a number of reasons to buy a deed

To keep for yourself and sell Advertising space on your deed, as your deed gets popular and gets more hits, more people are going to want to advertise on there.

Maybe you are just a fan and want to own the deed for your team or favourite player. You could even build your own dream team.

Maybe buy one as a present for somebody

You may also be able to sell it on for a profit

First find the deed you want, you can either choose a Random deed from the button on the home page. Or as you start to enter a search term in the Search box, you will see a list of deeds that match your Search.

First you need to register on the site, this will give you access to your deeds using your login details

Once you have opened the deed, if it is for sale you can select buy now. This will take you to the Paypal Check out system

Once you have completed payment, Please make sure you select the return to merchant option as this triggers the transfer of ownership over to you

If A deed owner has decided to activate the Advertiser and Sponsorship on thier deed, you will be able to see the Advertising costs and an option at the bottom of the deed to purchase Advertising or sponsorship.

Once you have paid through the Paypal checkout system, make sure you click on return to Merchant as this triggers a number of events, including notifying the deed owner that an Advert is pending.

Once the owner as activated the advert, your advert will be displayed on the deed.

An Indexed deed is a way you can directly affect the ranking of your deed.

The Indexed Deed list is a list of deeds in the order of highest Index Paid.

You can pay an Index fee which is added on to your deed, if your deed has the highest Index it will appear at the top of the list. So If the current ranking deed has an Index Value of 10Euro and you add index Duty of 15Euro you will go to the top.

Keep your eye on it though as you may not stop at the top. The good news however is Index duty is accumulative, so if you pay another 5 Euro on your deed, Your Index duty is now 20 Euro

The deed placement in the highest value list is determined by a number of calculations.

Each deed has a virtual value calculated on it. This value is calculated from the Purchase price, the amount of advertising it has, the amount of Index duty and the number of hits on the deed

The site is like any other site, whereby search engines which have the site listed in thier database, we are optimising  the Meta tags to improve the sites rating on these search engines. We are also doing some heavy marketing to get the site into the public eye.

The search engines are not only going to pick up on the site as a whole, but also on the individual deeds. So for you to get traffic to your deeds, it helps if you add information to your deed and add your own meta tags to your deed, all of which can be done from your control panel.

Meta tags are keywords that search engines look at when they scan a web site or web page.
