Index Duty gives you the power to increase the value of your Virtual Deed. You do this by simply paying extra money on top of the Deed purchase price. This will show up in the Deed Information Page under Index Duty. It also helps to claw your way to the top of the Highest Value deed list. Only the top 10 deeds are listed here and yes, that changes constantly.

 You might think that by paying a lot of index duty will keep you at the top but a site that is popular and gets the hits, can easily out rank you. So you need to be on your toes if that's where you want to be. The amount of Inded Duty paid is up to you. If you elect to pay  40.00 Euro and you have paid  25.00 Euro prior, then the index value is 65.00 Euro.

You can add your index duty for a particular Virtual deeds from your User account.
